Our Mission Begins 2019

A vision was sparked by our founder & CEO to revolutionize battery cell production in Europe - utilizing LFP chemistry to fuel our mission.

First European LFP R&D Center Opened 2021

The Research & Development center has been operational since 2021 - where our expert team develops custom cell assembly and analysis.

First full-size LFP battery produced in Europe 2022

After thousands of conducted experiments and testing of 500+ different chemistries, the first full-size LFP battery in Europe was developed in 2022.

LFP Cell Manufacturing Facility Opened 2023

The LFP Production Facility will supply customers with EDGE battery cells for A & B sample testing.

LFP cell samples delivered to customers 2023

The LFP Production Facility will supply EV & ESS manufacturers with EDGE battery cells for A & B sample testing.

Megafactory Starts Production 2024

Capacity to produce 500MW hours per year.

Fully automated battery cell production will primarily focus on producing cell for industrial applications (C&D).

1 million EDGE battery cells produced 2025

Powering over 10,000 EVs!

Contributing to the reduction of 46,000 tons of global CO2 emissions.

Gigafactory (8GWh) Begins Production 2026

First LFP Gigafactory to open in Europe - enabling full scale production & cell delivery.

ElevenEs in-house CAM (catode active material) production 2027

ElevenEs to in-house cathode active material (CAM) production.

In turn, securing supply & enabling a lower CO2 footprint via localized material sourcing.

Gigafactory II (40GWh) Start of Production 2028

The opening of our second Gigafactory will enable an additional 40GWh of production capacity.

Heritage

ElevenEs is a brownfield spin-off of Al Pack Group, a multinational industry leader with three decades of experience in high-precision processing of aluminum, including coating, slitting, cutting, and deep-drawing. ElevenEs has leveraged this know-how and applied it to the world of LFP battery cell manufacturing.

Since 1994, Al Pack Group has processed about 40.000 km worth of aluminium foil annually. That’s enough aluminum foil to make a path to the moon and back.

Since 1994 Al Pack Group has produced enough ALUMINUM to reach the Moon and back!
