I am Morita, from China, and I majored in chemistry in college. I am responsible for the research and development of lithium secondary battery electrolytes at ElevenES. The working environment here makes me feel very comfortable. I like the city of Subotica very much, where quiet and noise can coexist.

Exploring the unknown, redefining energy storage principles, and being part of a project like this for me is a great honor, challenge, and pleasure at the same time!I am proud to be part of the team who shapes a sustainable future!

Working at ElevenEs has been a rewarding experience that allowed me to transition smoothly from equipment designer to equipment manager, thanks to the company's supportive flat management. I appreciate the direct communication culture, one-on-one English training, and the warm, clean work environment with convenient services. Outside of work, Subotica is a charming city.

Joining ElevenEs two years ago as a maintenance technician and progressing to maintenance supervisor has been an invaluable journey. With over a decade of experience in machine maintenance, the knowledge I’ve gained here rivals everything I've learned in the past ten years. Working daily with complex production processes, teamwork is key—it creates a positive atmosphere and motivates us to continuously improve and learn from one another.

As a Process Engineer at ElevenEs has been an amazing experience. I’m responsible for Cell Assembly Processes, and I love focusing on process optimization, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting. The company culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, making each day enjoyable. Living in Subotica has also been wonderful—it's a charming city with a high quality of life and friendly people.
