ElevenEs signed new Global Memorandum of Understanding to Revolutionize LFP Battery Recycling with Leading International Partners
ElevenEs is proud to announce the signing a Memorandum of Understanding with MResource GmbH, Miracle Oruide (Guangzhou) Autoparts Remanufacturing Co. Ltd. (Oruide is a Joint Venture between Miracle Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Stellantis NV), and American Lithium Renaissance Holding Company to establish a joint venture for recycling LFP battery waste.
This collaboration aims to develop a sustainable solution for LFP battery recycling, focusing on prismatic cells, and will involve collecting and processing battery waste to produce “Black Mass” for use in new LFP Cathode Active Material. The initiative underscores the parties’ commitment to advancing sustainable technologies and circular economy principles within the battery industry.
The Memorandum of Understanding highlights a powerful international collaboration, bringing together diverse expertise from Europe, Asia, and North America to tackle critical environmental and supply chain challenges in the rapidly expanding LFP battery market. This partnership is a significant step towards creating a more circular economy for batteries and will contribute to reducing reliance on new raw material extraction, fostering innovation, and strengthening the global battery ecosystem.
