Junior HR Generalist

Job description:

  • Understanding hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies;
  • Creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms;
  • Sourcing candidates through online databases, social media, and networking;
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
  • Maintaining employee records and databases;
  • Assisting with employee inquiries and providing HR support;
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures;
  • Assisting in fostering a positive work environment;
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and employees;
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency;
  • Fluency in English.
