Job description:
- Understanding hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies;
- Creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms;
- Sourcing candidates through online databases, social media, and networking;
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
- Maintaining employee records and databases;
- Assisting with employee inquiries and providing HR support;
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Assisting in fostering a positive work environment;
- Supporting internal communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and employees;
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency;
- Fluency in English.
