Production Process Technician in Pilot Production
ElevenEs is a robust, technology-driven development company, unique within Serbia. As we transition into the industrial phase, we are turning our proprietary technology into a stable production system. To support this growth, we are expanding our pilot production team in Subotica and looking for individuals with proven experience in serious manufacturing or technical environments. This is not an entry-level production job. We are seeking professionals who don't just work mechanically, but who want to understand the process and parameters, and clearly see the results of their efforts. Experience in battery manufacturing is not required. This is an excellent next step for individuals coming from automotive, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or process manufacturing, as well as plastics, metallurgy, packaging, or other industrial systems governed by equipment, standards, procedures, and accountability. If you come from such a background and want to transition into a technology moving from development to industrial application, this could be the right move for you.

What is T1?
- T1 is the entry point for more experienced manufacturing and technical profiles within pilot production.
- This level is designed for individuals who already understand manufacturing environments, equipment, process discipline, and workplace accountability.
- A candidate at the T1 level is expected to get up to speed quickly and develop toward working more independently.
- The final tier/level will be determined during the selection process, based on experience, technical understanding, and potential for further growth.
What you’ll be doing
You will work in pilot production and participate in battery cell manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production equipment according to defined procedures
- Preparing materials, tools, and equipment for the production process
- Monitoring process parameters and basic equipment status
- Recording production data and reporting deviations
- Responding/taking action when something in the process does not seem right
- Supporting equipment setup, changeovers, and basic preparation
- Collaborating with engineers, process specialists, and team leaders
- Contributing to a more stable process, lower error rates, and better daily output
What we expect
We are looking for people who understand industrial discipline, but also recognize that working in a development environment means things can change.
It is important to us that you have:
- Experience in manufacturing, technical operations, maintenance, equipment setup, quality control, or a similar industrial environment
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment and process steps
- Discipline in following procedures and safety regulations
- Attention to detail and accountability in daily work
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured process environment
- Readiness to work in shifts, if required
- Openness to training, feedback, and gradual development
