HVAC Project Engineer
Join the team working on the construction of the first Mega Factory for LFP battery production in Subotica. Your contribution will be crucial in coordinating, managing, and supervising the HVAC aspects of the project. Our goal is to expand the existing 1,200m² laboratory and pilot production into a facility spanning tens of thousands of square meters.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in the preparation of HVAC system project documentation and identifying potential inconsistencies and collisions with other parts of the project documentation for the Mega Factory.
- Monitoring and controlling the execution of HVAC works in the Mega Factory construction.
- Actively participating in the procurement process of HVAC equipment for the factory.
- Ensuring the construction of HVAC systems meet expected quality and safety standards.
- Overseeing HVAC installations and their integration with other mechanical and electrical systems.
- Collaborating with other team members to synchronize HVAC systems with different project aspects.
- Assessing risks, tracking deviations from deadlines and budgets, controlling documentation, and reporting on progress.
- Identifying potential deviations and finding solutions to prevent them, as well as proposing corrective measures as needed.
- Implementing and controlling occupational health and safety measures on the construction site.
- Monitoring and complying with all legal regulations related to HVAC systems.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (VII level), with experience in industrial HVAC projects.
- Preferable knowledge of dry and clean rooms.
- Experience in designing, organizing, and/or supervising HVAC systems.
- Willingness to take on challenges and a high level of initiative.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Open to relocating to Subotica.
