International B2B sales manager
ElevenEs is seeking a high-energy, strategically-minded International B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our global market expansion and drive high-value business development. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned "hunter" with a proven track record of converting cold leads into enduring partnerships and navigating the complexities of high-stakes RFIs and RFQs.
Your Job Responsibilities will include:
- Drive the business development of ElevenEs by identifying and capturing high-value growth opportunities in the international market.
- Build and nurture enduring B2B partnerships by deeply understanding both the technical specifications and commercial goals of our clients.
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects, turning cold leads into meaningful business connections.
- Manage the customer journey from initial engagement through to successful deal closure and long-term account retention.
- Manage complex, high-stakes RFIs and RFQs
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Logistics) to ensure seamless project delivery and technical alignment.
- Represent ElevenEs as a brand ambassador at global trade fairs, conferences, and industry-leading events.
Position Requirements:
- Education: graduated faculty, VI/ VII degree
- Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
