Junior Construction Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Construction Technician to support operational monitoring and field coordination at the MEGA factory construction site in Subotica. The ideal candidate will hold a Level IV technical degree (Construction Technician or similar), possess elementary skills in reading technical projects, and demonstrate a high level of safety awareness. As this is a junior-level role, we prioritize candidates who are eager to learn, resilient in field conditions, and capable of providing reliable, real-time reporting to the senior management team.

Your Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Field Monitoring: Continuous tracking of the flow of materials, machinery, and personnel at the construction site location.
  • Technical Coordination: Transferring information from the field to FD seniors and coordinating activities according to received orders.
  • Reporting: Timely reporting of all observed non-conformities at the construction site.
  • Working with Documentation: Using elementary technical knowledge to read and interpret projects in the field.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Level IV degree of professional qualification (Construction Technician or related technical field).
  • Probation Period: Three months.
  • Experience: No previous experience required; candidates without prior experience are preferred (Junior level).
  • Language: Knowledge of English is desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Elementary knowledge of reading construction and technical projects.
