Quality Affairs Associate
The QHSE Management Associate serves as the organizational backbone of the Integrated Management System (IMS). This role is designed to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operational compliance, ensuring that the company’s quality, environmental, and safety systems are not only documented but effectively executed and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ISO 9001: Quality Management Support
- System Maintenance: Assist the QM Director in the control and implementation of established processes and the management of the Master List of internal documents.
- Audit Management: Support the preparation for and execution of internal and external certification audits.
- Process Improvement: Drive faster process improvements and validations to ensure the system evolves with the company’s growth.
- Non-Conformance Oversight: Manage the documentation of non-conformances (NCR) and track the progress of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
2. ISO 14001 & 45001: HSE Operational Support
- Safety & Environmental Coordination: Assist the HSE Manager in daily operational activities to ensure strict adherence to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the development of undeveloped areas including the EU Battery Regulation,
- Sustainability (LCA, GHG), and Product Legal Compliance (CE marking, RoHS, REACH).
- Safety Auditing: Conduct frequent check-ups with teams to ensure a high level of control and safety compliance on all levels.
3. Training & Onboarding
- Workforce Development: Facilitate better onboarding and training for new colleagues regarding Company Policies, Rulebooks, and IMS procedures.
- Culture Building: Act as a champion for the company’s 4 core values, ensuring a “Quality First” and “Safety Always” mindset across the team.
4. Supply Chain Management
- Communication with various local and foreign suppliers of HSE products and services
- Communication with waste operators
- Suppliers assessment
- Local and foreign supplier audits
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Level VII degree in Technical Engineering
- Experience: 1 year in a Quality or HSE role, preferably
- Language: Upper Intermediate English; Serbian.
- Core skills: Data analysis, auditing, and compliance management.
