Building High-Tech Industry in Poland
ElevenEs on working dinner and seminar
On 7 October 2025, InnoEnergy, in cooperation with Polityka Insight, hosted a high-level seminar in Warsaw titled “Building high-tech industry in Poland”. The event brought together over 160 senior representatives from administration, ambassadors, business leaders, investors and innovators to discuss the country’s industrial and technological future.
The seminar marked the second edition of the Friends of InnoEnergy Community in Poland. This edition showcased three potential large-scale investments: AI data centre infrastructure, PV production and LFP cell manufacturing for energy and automotive applications. These investments are part of the Polish Industrial Cluster Program initiative and will have a profound impact on the local economy – with 20 new high-tech factories, 30,000 jobs created, and a total investment of €8 billion by 2030.
Among the distinguished guests were Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy; representatives of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of State Assets, Ministry of Development and Technology, and Ministry of Climate and Environment; as well as the Polish Development Bank BGK and Polish Development Fund PFR.
The discussions also brought together board members and senior executives from leading financial institution companies, and research organizations, including ORLEN, PGE, Siemens, Veolia, PCC, ARP, ENEA, BNP Paribas, PKO BP, Apator, Budimex, Polimex, ZPUE, Luma Holding, among others – reflecting the broad representation of Poland’s industrial and financial ecosystem.
The seminar was opened by Mikołaj Budzanowski, CEO of InnoEnergy Central Europe, and Dominik Brodacki from Polityka Insight. The keynote address was delivered by Minister Andrzej Domański, who presented the strategic plan of investments in critical areas of the economy, followed by the remarks from Diego Pavia, CEO of InnoEnergy, who highlighted the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors in driving industrial innovation.
CEOs of three InnoEnergy portfolio companies – Taavi Madiberk (Skeleton Technologies), Bertrand Lecacheux (Holosolis), and Nemanja Mikać (ElevenEs) – discussed their plans to expand activities in Poland, contributing to the development of the Polish Industrial Cluster initiative.
Further perspectives were provided by Karine Vernier, CEO of InnoEnergy France, and Mikel Lasa, CEO of InnoEnergy Iberia, who shared experiences from France and Spain, underlining the value of Europe’s interconnected industrial ecosystem.
The seminar served as a platform for bilateral meetings and a dialogue between representatives of government, industry, finance, and innovation – reaffirming the shared commitment to collaboration, sustainable growth, and industrial excellence.
